Did you know that there is a annual Black LGBT Emerging Leaders Day? Well you're in good company because I wasn't aware myself. But the good news is that approximately 200 Black LGBTQ youth gathered in Washington  on February 21, 2013.  Thanks to the organizers at the National Black Justice Coalition (NBJC), these social justice warriors got a chance to meet with cabinet members as well as other important people on capitol hill. It's so exhilarating to see these future change-makers, the movement is definitely in good hands.
